If this was in Europe they would come out with a bailif and knock on the door to clear it up first. THEN first are they allowed to come outwith a warrant, but I see that disappear here too. In the UK the traffic wardens (meter-maids) have a license to confiscate property now. Yeah it is still way over he top.

Everytime a "gure" came into town everybody would call to look at a TON of house and noo deals would go through! I have sold a few houses and I have learned to spot these people coming up the driveway. I have even stopped some at the door and asked to see their pre-approval from the bank.
